1. Admission

  • Every resident must submit a valid Aadhaar Card, recent passport-size photographs, and emergency contact details before check-in.
  • Admission is confirmed only after payment of the security deposit and the first month’s rent.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.

2. Rent & Security Deposit

  • Monthly rent must be paid in advance on or before the 5th of every month.
  • A refundable security deposit of shall be collected at the time of admission.
  • The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after vacating the room, after deducting any outstanding dues or damages.

3. Late Payment

  • A late fee of ₹100 per day (or as decided by management) may be charged after the due date.
  • If rent remains unpaid for more than 15 days, the management reserves the right to cancel the accommodation.

4. Lock-in Period

  • Minimum stay: three.months.
  • If a resident vacates before the lock-in period, the security deposit may be forfeited.

5. Notice Period

  • A written notice of 30 days is mandatory before vacating the hostel.
  • Failure to provide notice may result in deduction of one month’s rent from the security deposit.

6. Visitor Policy

  • Visitors are allowed only during designated visiting hours.
  • Visitors are not permitted inside resident rooms without management approval.
  • Overnight guests are strictly prohibited.

7. Discipline

  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, gambling, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Fighting, abusive language, harassment, or disturbing other residents will result in immediate termination of hostel accommodation.
  • Residents must maintain respectful behavior towards fellow residents and staff.

8. Hostel Timings

  • Entry after 11 PM requires prior permission from the management.
  • Residents must inform the warden if they plan to stay away overnight.

9. Cleanliness

  • Residents must keep their rooms clean and hygienic.
  • Garbage must be disposed of in designated bins.
  • Periodic room inspections may be conducted.

10. Damage to Property

  • Any damage to hostel furniture, electrical fittings, walls, or other property shall be recovered from the resident.
  • Intentional damage may lead to immediate eviction.

11. Electricity & Appliances

  • High-power electrical appliances such as heaters, induction cooktops, immersion rods, and electric stoves are prohibited unless specifically permitted.
  • Electricity usage beyond the permitted limit may be charged separately.

12. Personal Belongings

  • Residents are responsible for the safety of their own belongings.
  • The hostel management shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

13. Parking

  • Parking is at the owner’s risk.
  • Management is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.

14. CCTV & Security

  • CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for security purposes.
  • Cameras are not installed inside rooms or washrooms.

15. Food & Mess

  • Meal timings must be followed.
  • Food should not be wasted.
  • Residents should maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

16. Medical Emergency

  • Residents should immediately inform the management in case of illness or emergency.
  • Medical expenses shall be borne by the resident.

17. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Possession of weapons.
  • Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or narcotic substances.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Loud music or creating disturbance.
  • Bringing unauthorized persons into the hostel.

18. Management Rights

  • The management reserves the right to change room allotment whenever necessary.
  • The management may amend hostel rules from time to time.
  • Violation of hostel rules may result in warnings, penalties, or immediate eviction without refund.

19. Refund Policy

  • Monthly rent once paid is non-refundable.
  • Security deposit shall be refunded only after adjustment of pending dues and damages.
  • No refund will be provided if the resident is expelled for misconduct.

20. Jurisdiction

  • Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Greater Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
